Diving Ocracoke, NC.
(Part II)

One fine day on the E. M Clark, Doug and Karen

It was not much of a wreck, but the spearfishing was good

Most trips ended with a "bridge party"

Dopplering Hal after a gas dive - sounds good!

Karen sounded good too

Dock bums clamming on Portsmouth Island - a bucket full of clams, Artie's house tonight

It's not in the DAN manual - best call HSN

Doug N. found his own solution

Here comes Roger

Push off! he only wants our food - I think it's a raiding party
Scot heard Roger bitching about peanut butter & jelly

We signed Karen up for a Hogarthian class

She did record every detail of evey dive, +/- rough days

The blind power ranger thing really disgusted Matt

Roger taught Doug this yoga thing for nitrogen - it didn't work

One day thousands of puffers floted by in a long line

This year there was a strange sunglasses thing going around - it must have been the carrots

Doug tried to get that last drop from the Weeping Radish

You can't beat a ride home in the Gale Anne's pool on a hot day
Life's great!

One summer a bridge showed up it the harbor and had us worried for a while
- it was for a reef (some wreck)

Badge 621 was towing everything he could from the public lot, even the vehicles that just got there.
That's him on the left - out of uniform and really making the tourists mad - us too.
Heck, we were just parking for the day and he was chalking every tire.
I found out later that GSA stock was void of chalk for six months.
We felt sorry for the guys on the right, they were OK.

Bye Bye, come again next year
